Cleaning process:

The tank washer is a low pressure, low-flow type spray device, which is mostly used for tanks that are relatively difficult to clean or require high cleaning. The combination of horizontal rotation and vertical rotation of the tank washer, the high-speed jet and water reflected from the tank wall act on the most difficult to reach. The rotating nozzle sprays the cleaning liquid on the entire internal surface of the tank and The formation of gradually dense mesh coverage. The detailed working mechanism of the tank washer: the cleaning liquid entering the sprinkler head first passes through a guide wheel and a turbine, and drives the turbine to rotate. Turbine rotation is converted by a gearbox into a compound movement consisting of horizontal rotation of the fuselage and vertical rotation of the nozzle. The combined movement of the body and the nozzle ensures that the entire cleaning range of the tank is covered. After one rotation of the hub with the nozzle, a rough cleaning of the tank surface is completed. During subsequent rounds, this cleaning method will be repeated 7 times, each time shifting 1/8 grid. After the hub and nozzle are repeatedly cleaned 8 times, a complete cleaning is completed, and then the cycle is repeated from the first cycle (Figure 4)
